She is also the homeschool specialist for Bright & Quirky, an international online community for parents with kids who are twice-exceptional, and the community coordinator for Big Life Journal. Michelle is passionate about helping homeschool parents build connections with their kids, enjoy their homeschool journey, and thrive every day — even when life gets hard! She draws from hard-won life experiences to share practical parenting tips, creative teaching strategies, and words of wisdom for keeping your sanity. Michelle and her husband, Jaron, have been married for 29 years and have homeschooled their two children, whom they adopted at birth.
